Free shipping on all orders over $74.99. Flat $4.89 shipping on everything else.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not shipping internationally yet — if you are outside the US and want a shirt, email us at support@onemorehen.com and we will let you know when we get there.

The rate is flat, so adding a second or third shirt to your order never costs you more in shipping.

How Long It Takes

Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start printing the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Printing and carrier delays happen, and they get worse in November and December. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the window above, email us and we will chase it.

Tracking Your Order

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your shirt ships. If the tracking email hasn't arrived and you are past the printing window above, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@onemorehen.com with your order number.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive it. A tracking number that shows no movement yet usually means the label is created and the package is still at the facility.

Orders That Arrive in More Than One Package

If you order several shirts, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive separately, sometimes a few days apart. This is normal and you are not charged extra for it. If one package has arrived and another hasn't after a week, get in touch.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We print and ship to the address you give us.

If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@onemorehen.com with your order number — if the shirt hasn't gone to print yet we can usually fix it. Once an order is in production we cannot change the address.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping in that case is at your cost, because the original shirt has already been printed and shipped.

Lost, Damaged or Misprinted Orders

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email support@onemorehen.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and, for damage or a printing fault, a photo of the problem. A photo is genuinely the fastest route — it lets us reprint straight away instead of going back and forth.
